Friends bring their own flour so I can make this recipe for them! Simple and delicious
Fried cakes with cheese.
RECIPE fried cakes with cheese.
200 ml warm milk.
1 teaspoon sugar (8 g).
1 teaspoon dry yeast (4 g).
Mix everything well.
Sift 320 g flour.
1 teaspoon salt (10 g).
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add 20 ml vegetable oil.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough until smooth with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough turned out well.
Place the dough on the table.
Divide the dough into 9 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with cling film.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 10 minutes.
For the filling:
Grate 200 g of cheese.
Add 1 chicken egg.
Mix everything together.
Press the dough ball with your hands.
Add 1 tablespoon of cheese to the dough.
Seal the edges of the dough well.
You can roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Leave the buns in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Press the bun with your hands.
Repeat after me.
Do the same with the remaining rolls.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Place the bun on the pan.
Fry the bun over medium heat until golden brown.
Fry the bun on both sides.
The buns are ready!
