@@codesm96 Oh shut the eff up. You have no right to tell people what they should and shouldn't be bothered by. Gay people hate being assumed to be straight, so why is it wrong for straight people to not like having people assume they're gay? No one wants to be seen as something they're not. And having someone think you're of a sexuality that you're not can greatly limit people who may be interested in you. I don't want a guy I am into thinking I'm into chicks and passing me up because he doesn't think I'll be into him.
@codesm962 жыл бұрын

Why are you so angry and why are you swearing at me telling me to shut the f up?? Is that how much it bothers you!?!?!? You're the kind of person that watches Friends which has all sorts of jokes that imply to other characters accidentally that they may swing the other way that we're meant to laugh along with but being called the wrong sexuality because of an innocent mistake makes you so angry that you feel the need to lash out at people??? You sound like a homophobic person who has issues staying in the closet. That's absolutely pathetic. There are things you should be angry about people doing, this is not one of them. Just politely correct them, don't take any offense, have a laugh about it and move on. The fact that you are nasty about it shows that you're just a horrible person deep down. The dynamics between men and women are different but you as a woman are more insecure than many men who would considered themselves masculine who do not give a damn who thinks they are gay or not and don't think that women who aren't interested in them for that reason or another is the end of the world. You sound seriously desperate, you have issues and you need some help. This is the kind of issue that we have in this world today, rarely any so-called straight people are EVER comfortable enough in their own sexuality to not worry about these things. I always saw both Chandler and Phoebe as bisexual. The rest of them are clearly straight, although I always thought Rachel might've experimented in college.

We thought Rachel & Monica met Chandler during Thanksgiving of Ross’s College Years. Want Chandler sing Songs from him & Ross’s Band days.

Joey said he didn't think chandler was gay when he first met him, but in the episode where they show how they first became roomates joey actually tells him he's "okay with the gay thing", this show has so many plot holes

When Joey first met Chandler for the apartment he also thinks that he was gay but here he says he didn't

I think that growing up, his parents really did a number on him, and made him self-conscious about himself, his masculinity and how people perceived him. When you act unsure about your masculinity, some people could feel like maybe you’re that way because you’re gay. He was always terrible with approaching/talking to girls he found attractive which made him undermine his machismo even more. We don’t feel the same about Ross even though he’s also not that smooth with women because he’s completely self-assured with the way he is, for the most part. In any case, Chandler is adorable either way and I’d have found him cute even if he was gay.

They were probably influenced by Seinfeld - I've never seen it myself, but I've heard comments that early Friends was more "Seinfeldian" than what came later, because at some point the show "found its own identity" or whatever.
