Guys there's this very underrated case of an Indian woman who got married to an Indian man who lived in London and after 10 years of marriage, the wife killed her husband while burning him alive in his sleep. There's a movie also that's made on this case which is called " provoked " starring Aishwarya Rai. You should check this case out. This is the story of Kiranjit Ahluwalia in 1989 London

The parents seemed like lovely people who were hard working and built a strong foundation for their kids. Any good parent would want their kids to succeed in life and do better than they did. That's all fine but, no kids should be made to feel that they have to fulfil their parents dreams because they didnt have that opportunity unless they also have the same dreams in life. I can understand how difficult it must be for a lot of kids to open up to their parents, be honest and tell them they don't want to be a doctor, lawyer or engineer. They feel like they are disappointing them. The parents should look beyond all of that. It's more important to have a kid that is happy and content rather than a kid who is struggling and can become depressed due to family pressures. Support and guide your kids, dont force them as not all kids are academically thriving. Not all kids want to go to university. I understand that education is very important and some kids will get a degree and some kids will choose to go into employment. Getting a degree doesn't guarantee you a job at the end but it does increase your salary of your chosen career when you do get a job. Parents and kids need to work together to help bring their kid up and not knock them down from all that pressure.

This is crazy ass story, what i get of it is that he really loved his parents and did not want his parents to live with the truth, suicide probably crossed his mind but, he knew that it would still mean that his parents would know the truth and will end up causing them "eternal sadness", so what he did think was to keep them in delusion, until the killings, with a thought that his family would only suffer for few seconds.(also he kept mentioning that there is no afterlife, to convince himself that his family would only suffer for a moment only). Its somewhat similar to reverse suicide. His parents probably used the phrase "Ye sun ne se phele mai mar hi kyu ni gaya" against his sister, which leads him in believing that how much his life actions affects his parents, that he could not bear a situation where his parents were knowing the truth, even if he is dead or alive. So according to him, he only had one option. btw if i were in his shoes i would have told my parents, waited for them to digest, promised them that i will be better and devote a major portion of my coming life doing exactly what they would want me to do.

Yeah but so chilling and heartless to even plan this. If he did this out of anger it's atleast logical I guess he never had anything positive or empathy . Just meeting expectations of PPL and pressured and stressed when not. In my case my family put me to lies which incase they feel it's right and it's way worse. But I get so angry but helpless since no one to even listen my solution to end this. But probably he was just completely disconnect from emotion

Hi guys! I'm sure your dms are flooded with a lot of requests of cases to cover and you too must have a list of uncovered cases that you want to bring light on. But there's this one case which is least talked about these days but it was super controversial and was all over the media when it occurred and is one of the most gruesome crimes ever committed, very much near to how brutal nirbhaya case was. Idk if you know about the Asifa Bano case. This was an 8 year old kashmiri Muslim girl who was kidnapped, raped and murdered more brutally that one can even imagine. I have faith in you guys that someday you will shed light on this case and do your part in bringing her justice. Do consider if you can.
