When Rachel was convinced Ross cheated and he couldn't let that go cause of his big ego and even his friends told him "you have rachel that's what you wanted just let it go" and he even pretended that didn't care about Rachel (the episode when they break up again and he fake cries to make sure Rachel knows that he's not hurted by Rachel breaking up with him) or when he sabotaged the potencial date with the guy rachel meets on the club. Rachel did wanted to sabotage ross's wedding with emily but she didn't thats the difference. Ross did and Rachel didn't. Rachel accepted that ross is gonna get marry. Ross and Rachel both had their shortcomings/flaws/mistakes/toxicity. They both were immature and petty, but that’s what happens when you’re in early to mid- 20s. Of course they would have different priorities and there will be jealousy too from both sides. The thing with Ross and Rachel, as bad as their break ups/disagreements were, they still have this overpowering love and care for each other too. TIMING IS A B***** and they were both incredibly in denial. They both have sabotaged each other’s potential relationships to other people. They both have said they want nothing to do with each other romantically, but obviously we know that’s not true. For Rachel, other than Tag..she never really was in a serious/committed relationship like she did with Ross. Ross had potential long term relationships that ended prematurely because unresolved feelings for Rachel. If he was really truly over Rachel and loved Emily. Even if Rachel showed up to congratulate him, he would have still said EMILY not RACHEL. I know people said Rachel should have not gone to London, she did have the intention to tell Ross she loved him. But she saw how happy he was and could not say it and remember Ross did invite her because she is his friend and he wanted her there. There’s so many other examples, of the GOOD of Ross and Rachel as characters and in their relationship. Yes they had their BAD moments and of course the writing was atrocious in some episodes. But through it all, they eventually grew up and realized what they truly wanted. Ross and Rachel as has been said.. IT IS NEVER OFF THE TABLE or as Phoebe will say “HE’S HER LOBSTER”. Yes life may have split them apart multiple times, but they still find their way back to each other. Let’s remember the FRIENDS reunion, Jen and David agreed that eventually Ross and Rachel would have gotten married and had more kids whether if they are in Paris or in New York.

The thing is, nobody else would’ve known about the kiss if Monica hadn’t made a big deal about it. Phoebe and Joey only found out it happened because Monica shouted it out. So if Monica had kept quiet, she wouldn’t have had her thunder stolen.

This sums up ross and rachel up completely. Its the whole "old flame,'" relationship instead letting it die out and moving on they reignite it and continue living on the past. People always cheer their relationship on but when tries to remember a single great moment of them together she actually has to think about it - clearly nothing comes to mind because there never was one. All she can think about is the sex part of the relationship.

Honestly, i am kinda mad they didn't made Pheobe and Joey a couple. I know, is clishee, and maybe a little ot realistic, but it would have been great to have them all as couple and remain with the same circle. Pheobe was more than willing to be with Joey several times, but Joey only saw her as a friend. Yet fro some strange reason he fell în love with her identica twin Ursula. Wich again didn't made sense, what was that about? You can't tell me he wouldn't see or think of Pheobe while he was chasing Ursula. Why did they made him fall inlove iwth her identica twin and not her? I wasn't very found on Mike, and Joey remained single.. I know he was suposed to be the women azer, but still... Would have been great to see him change a bit.
