Unless she lets them do that so she will have an excuse to clean after they leave lol...And I think that she is compulsive and she expects things to be done a certain way and be in a certain place in her own space and house but she is not trying to make others function the same way as her. She said so later on when Chandler had cleaned and looked scared after putting things in the wrong places. She basically lets them do their own thing and then she does hers in the aftermath. Plus it is also a matter of culture. In some countries it is normal to walk in the house with your shoes on. In others it is not.

I can't decide whether she looked more beautiful in the early seasons or the later ones.. In the first four seasons, she was younger and her cheeks were less skinny, and she had that bright classic look... But in the later seasons, she straightened her hair and took care of her makeup, which made her even hotter... Some of the periods when she looked most remarkably stunning were in season 5 when her relationship with Chandler was beginning, season 7, and in season 8 when she was marrying him...
