As an Italian this scene infuriates me. True tomato sauce is not made from beefsteak tomatoes which Monica chops in the scene. Tomato sauce is made from blanched Plum Tomatoes, Roma tomatoes, or other that aren’t particularly juicy. It is really annoying that she tries to correct another chef by making sauce the wrong way. Btw you can’t make sauce with 2-3 tomatoes unless they are the size of xl grapefruits
