He only wanted her when she wasn't his, of made progress in her life. He wanted to control her and own her, not love her. Even if he believed they broke up when she just needed a break like having recess from class to clear your head, he used recess to cheat and tried to blame her. If he loved her, he wouldn't have done that. He would think about things and try to talk to her, or make some sacrifice for her for once. You can't just assume someone will marry you, they have a mind of their own, you have to lock that down and make a commitment . This is a toxic couple
