I can relate to this so much. Whenever I try to tell them that I've been feeling excluded, they always say, "We haven't even been excluding you." I think that they don't understand that just bc I'm with them means I'm not being excluded. I'm sorry for anyone else who is being excluded or being left out. And yes, ik it's even harder when it's like you can't stop being friends with them bc there's no one else you can go to. I understand that feeling. It's going to be ok. Hopefully you will find someone better to be friends with. And this is just my personal opinion that I don't think anyone will agree with, but I'm going to say it anyway. I just feel like it's better to be in a 4 people friend group than in a trio. Or even a duo works out better.

i kind of feel you ,i was always left out when i was in groups ,but after that in middle school i had 2 friends we were troi i loved them but then i released that we started to get apart I've tried my best to keep the relationship stand and not to make anyone feel left i didn't want anyone to feel left behind but i couldn't make it to the last. being in troi is kind of sucks tbh i hope you get the person who truly deserves you ,until that's happened we're here❤

This is literally me but my friends were worse. They would make use me to make "harmless jokes" and would judge anything I do. And they would only be nice to me to use me(homework, presentations, exams, etc). For this year I've moved into a new school and actually made a decent friendship with a person or 2, I still don't like to socialize tho. Nobody deserves and I hope that everyone gets the friends that they deserve

My friend group was always a trio and I had a trio before I moved that was like this. I’m still BFFLs with one of them though 😅 I even told one of them I was moving soon and (the one I’m not friends with anymore) still didn’t care and didn’t hang out with me. I have a new trio and we’re all besties for life
