Hardcore Nuzlocke Rules:
1. Any Pokemon that faints must be permaboxed
2. No Encounters due to theme - progress with the game to get the next Pokémon
3. No items during battles (held items are fine)
4. No over-leveling (level cap is the next Gym Leader or the last Elite Four member once all Gyms are beaten)
5. Set battle mode
6. Mega Evolutions allowed

you forgot about the evolution method that you have to get a certain pokemon to evolve like in order to evolve pancham u need a dark type and to evolve a mantyke to mantine u need a remoraid

What emulator do you use? I play 3D Pokémon games on my cell phone, but Pokémon X/Y and Ruby Omega/Alpha Saphire sometimes are a bit laggy, I don't know why. With Sun/Moon and Ultra the lag is less noticeable.

I use Citra 3ds emulator. Playing Pokemon Y, Dragon Quest VII, Shin Megami Tensai IV, Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology, Fire Emblem Warriors, One Piece: Romance Dawn and Persona Q.

I mean since this is the first time in a while that I've watched a gen 6 playthrough... it's got me thinking. The pokemon war 3000 years ago would have been far prior to PLA, yet people were afraid of pokemon. Did that war force them back into early human technology or what?

I guess the logical reason is that XY takes place in a different timeline than Platinum since there’s a Mega Evolution timeline.

Apparently another war happened and Lt . Surge fought in it but what war it was idk if it's revealed. All I know is that he was in the Army and is a Lieutenant. Maybe that explains the lack of regular adults or dad's in most of the games And apparently all the Mom's are basically retired Nurse Joy's (though Lucas/Dawn Mom had a Model career in addition and Calem/Serena Mom had a racing career in addition)
