Who ever loses the judgement is responsible to pay the person who won. The courts only pay initially to ensure that the party gets their money, that way they can make sure the person who lost... This case was an epic fail. 💀💀Now she knew she shouldn’t have went up there since she threaten the defendant 🤦🏽‍♀️ And even though its just $185 that she sued over, it’s still her money! Generally speaking most people are willing to throw out the relationship if they bring it to court. I know i would if you owe me money. The principle of the matter is just pay people back with their owed. If you make the decision for someone else because you don’t wanna pay that’s YOU letting the money ruin the relationship.
