It's great how all the extra characters are presented for us to make our assumptions and preferences. But then the show starts subverting expectations and makes us care about all of them.

I think there's less than sixty first class mages. The Continental Magic Association has existed for only fifty years. Every first class mage exam, I think, is done every three years. That means an average of less than 3 people pass the exam.

@@demoneyeslaharl Some years NO one passes. And there are apparently 2 locations for the test. So its not clear how many tests have been held since the founding.

@@MichaelRBrown-lh6kn Hence Why I went average ranges. 50 years of CMA existence, tests done every three years, and divide that to how many FCM there are. Locations aren't really important with numbers dude.
