I do not know anything about horses, so maybe I’m wrong. BUT for a horse that used to be a scaredy cat, and who was so unhappy with his legs being touched, I think risey is doing well!! He may not have Loved the boots but he just kept going, he wasn’t stubborn about it. He didn’t say “I don’t like it, I refuse to move.” He still tried his best in the arena. You can tell that he Trusts Yvonne. He trusts that even when he doesn’t like something, he knows he is still safe. That’s so beautiful ❤❤❤❤

Principe looks quite dashing sporting his fancy new boots 🥾 but to be honest the boy could wear a paper bag on his head (not that he’d ever agree to it lol)& he’d still be the most beautiful Dutch Warmblood in all of sneak in my humble opinion. He really looks like he’s moving very well too all things considering,our Rising Phoenix 🐦‍🔥 is living proof that even when certain disabilities would typically be considered the end for a horse sometimes there’s always a chance for hope,he’s certainly broken the mold and proven the vets wrong. Also just a reminder when Yvonne is lunging Risey “stappen” is her asking him to walk whilst “draaf” is trot.🔥🐎🌟🧡🧡

Risey is usually scared of a lot of small things but somehow I knew, he would not be scared of the puddle's reflection whatsoever while everybody else showed a smidget of hesitation. He may still be a boy but he'll be the man of the stable in the future and he knows that, can't show fear in front of the ladies.
