You can work around the cheese if you know how to deal with it for the most part. Only real exception is Android 19/20’s infinite stall, but I don’t see people run that online very often

The problem is the cheese meta keeps evolving. I've seen so many cool new cheese strats, most involving ki blasts.

@ringzy I don’t have a problem with the gameplay, the vanish wars get kinda stale but that’s fine, I need to improve when vanishing online anyway; especially the dive kick. And as far as ki spamming, revenge counter and beat ass. Unblockable ults? Vanish them. No cheese strategy is unbeatable. But maybe this game just isn’t your jam and if so that’s fine too

@@cmccollum51 u covered bout 3/100 tactics in this game and the cheese tactics aren't even the problem. The core mechanics are just dumb. At high levels you can't get a hit off without getting countered and even the counters have counters. It will devolve into a ki blast war. I know this bc I've seen it a bunch at high levels. Fighting becomes a huge liability to getting countered and dudes will just ki blast war.

If a player is skilled and knows the timing for his counter defense options you aren't going to hit him with more than a 4 - 5 piece combo...

One small tip is to NEVER do a vanish war with Broly, he needs those stocks to full power, and vanish wars are basically the fastest way to build stocks. So if you enter one it's generally better to just lose it.

I think it’s kinda disappointing to hear your getting annoyed, but it actually has a reason so it’s justified, I’ve seen people say they’re going to stop playing because “ranked is too hard” like of course it is, it’s real people Anyway, wait for some more updates and patches, and hopefully you’ll find the game fun after

Ngl I've tried the cheese (Broly) for an hour after fighting ssj4 Gogetas on loop. It was so relieving to not be forced to sweat your ass off to compensate for having an average character

So sad that there is so much cheese. Like, the amount of fun it appears to stifle is just disappointing. I feel like the 'get out of jail free cards' are kind of boring to watch. I can barely tell what's going on, but the combo potential seems immensely stifled when you can super counter on the second hit or vanish really early in a combo and start the vanish showdowns (looks like paying rock paper scissors but it's only rock and one of you has fewer turns). It's like a battle of attrition, chip damage style.

To help you against the ki blast ultimate spam, hit them with a z counter. As long you got 1 stock itll armor through and hit them. Just make it worth it though.

You should do Ginyu force you can have team of 5 the whole ginyu force in 1 match they each have instant sparking mode op with captain ginyu

Did you prefer Jump Force gameplay to Sparking Zero? I have problems with both (and both have some cheesy issue) but sometimes returning to Jump is fun idk if it is a nostalgic thing or not lol

Sparking has more get out of free cards and honestly takes so much less skill then Jump Force. I think sparking is the better game overall but Jump Force is better fighting game mech wise
