As the father of three adult children, I am heartbroken every time I think of this poor guy. I’m heartbroken that he wasn’t able to shake the demons, that he died too soon and was so sad when he lived. But mostly because I have one just like him.

It's such a loss that Scott is gone such a brilliant man and a great personality. I have seen them a few times with my friend Steph we loved them and enjoyed each show so much. I hope he realized how much of an impact he has made through his music. to the rest of the band thank you for amazing music and awsome love ahows. Having not long discovered the band I cried when I read this. Mental health and anxiety is something that I never really thought much about until it struck me very hard. I had only stumbled upon this band after hearing a song on a TV episode. When I find a bad that intrigues me, I'll go through their discography. I'll start with the singles, then work my wait from there. I was kind of bowled over by just how many great sons they had. From a strictly songwriting angle, forget the production and arrangement, I knew that I found a relatively untapped, and certainly unacknowledged talent. So little musical talent? What in the world makes you say that? You sound really ignorant. I know your comment is at least a year old, but FR is one of the last bands I'd ever expect anyone to criticize as having little musical talent. Grant is no run-of-the-mill drummer, and Scott was apparently a guitar virtuoso or something like that when he was quite young, and just simplified his playing when he started FR.
