@JacobandNichVlogs hey Jacob,thanks for replying,I ask a few technicians what could be the issue,they say the drum have a crack & or if water is leaking out from the drum, the transmission would also have to change....parts place don't stock the drum,but might have the transmission,but I'd have to take out the old one & physically take it to the parts place..... Anyways long story short & bussing meh head about what to do again,I asked my husband to open the back panel ,only for us to discover its the 6 ft drain out hose that has a crack & leaking.... Welll Lord know how I'm thankful for a simple solution.Thanks for doing video on the machine & for replying....blessings overflown Sally

How do you access the plug to connect it to the wall socket? I've never seen a TECHPLUG before, it's covered in a special casing and I can't get it out 😣 I've got the 20kg version (Model: LB20A)

The wall plug should be to the top in the back , hope u find it 🙏

I've found the plug but it's metal prongs of it is attached to the back of the washer. It's inside a casing. I try to pull and lift it but it's firmly stuck in position and I don't want to accidentally break anything. Wish I could show you a picture. 😣

No it does not, sorry u need to connect it to a water tank or a strong pipe. Your better option maybe a twintub washer

For the Fridgadaire machine, I just got one and its on linen/towel. It starts wash and it just stops idk if that should happen in the cycle it takes long. I keep changing the cycle idk what to do

You.have to leave it, does take longer to wash

The water comes from the bottom of the washer and the water presure needed to be strong to pass tru the filter

Takes 1 hour 20 mins. Reason being the machine does the soaking one time. If you did it the old school way and filled up the machine and shut it off and left it to soak to then come back and switch it on to wash out that would surely be more than a hour. Some wash modes may take a little longer due to wanting that heavy duty wash etc but generally this is the case. If you want a faster wash the quick wash will skip most of the soaking and wash in approximately 45 mins.
