How to know if it’s freezing? I bought mine used, I just plugged it in, I set up the temperature to -11 F, green light is on but the thermostat lighting doesnt stay on, it turns off. Is that normal? I don’t have the manual,

I have a same its smaller 20 cu.ft. Temperature control only goes to c to f -24 cel. -11 F , I hit bost & it change to -10 F. witch is alright but can`t move # numbers at all ,something China made maybe. MY other small dandy 10cu.ft. has a button for C to F , so easy press button it switches, & button for number going up then start's again at lowest settings to coldest settings .I think this made in China is not so good.
