How can I easily access the lower thermostat, the one that’s behind the exhaust if I remove the back panel out first

Ok so I tried to get into diagnostics and it did Not work when I did it does that mean the user interface needs replaced or control board needs replaced? I am a tech for Sears and trying to figure this out in need of assistance pls and thanks

This dryer is not the best design for service… In my opinion… Thanks for the video however, it is very helpful😅
