FRINGE BENEFITS, other classifications of FB are Deminis, wherein it is given to Industrious, performing and TENURED Employees, at the time of APPLICATION, there is a difference between 13th month compensation and these fringe benefits DEMINIS, since they are Performance or Sales Work, and businesses, Enterprise, Entrepreneur Type of Growth, where all Taxes are sorted accordingly and its Tax Code.respectively.

Hi po sir!! pasagot naman po ng tanong ko nag ask po kase yung prof namin. Taxable po ba ang pag bebenta ng drugs? and what is the legal basis po? di po kase namin nasagot tas nagwalk out po siya sa meet namin. Sana po masagot T__T
