This was highly educational. The most creative way I’ve ever seen to cook cabbage. Interesting that you added tomato paste twice in different ways. Interesting that the cooking consumed all the milk inside the cabbage opening (my fave part was when you flipped it). The end result resembles Asian spring rolls. Time consuming and absolutely worth it! You are light years advanced. I could never cook like you. You could cater anything for me!

That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy. My mom used to make holubtsi with a rice filling (no beef). She used half a cabbage leaf, rolled them, and baked them in a roaster with a nice tomato sauce. Served with sour cream, they were tiny and so delicious. Thank you for sharing your recipes. I will be trying all of them! @@adamthompson7170 I am Ukrainian. Both sets of grandparents are Ukrainian. My mother's mother made a similar baked holubtsi but used ground beef, sauteed onions and garlic filling. Covered with tomato sauce. My father's mother made rice holubtsi that was simmered on the stove. Used rice, sauteed onions, and a ham bone. Mix uncooked rice with the onions,and garlic. Place the older and imperfect leaves on the bottom of the pot, cover with half the saurkraut and add the ham bone. Place rolled up holubtsi on top in layers. Add remainder of sauce. Cover with large cabbage leaves. Weigh down with a plate. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.

Looks delicious! The Ukrainians and Polish people make a version of that. In English it's Cabbage Rolls. In Ukrainian it's Голубці and pronounced Holubtsi. They can be veggie or meat.
