RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
2 zucchini.
Salt. Black pepper.
Grate the zucchini well.
Leave for 15-20 minutes.
3 eggs.
Cheese 100 gr / 3.5 oz.
Italian herbs.
Red paprika.
Breadcrumbs 100g / 3.5oz.
Flour 50g / 1.8oz.
Olive oil.
Roll the zucchini in flour with breadcrumbs.
Then in the egg mixture with cheese.
Fry covered over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
Turn over and cook covered over low heat for 5 minutes.
1 egg.
Cook until done.
3 pickled cucumbers.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 3 tablespoons.
2 garlic.
Dill.
Bon appetit!

Greeks do it much simpler! just plain flour and salt fried then in olive oil and sprinkle them with kefalograviera and eat them with tsatziki!! very tasty ! Btw your imitation of the famous tsatziki must taste ............. We use strain yogurt garlic cucumber olive oil salt and vinegar and mixed!

She used the middle eastern zuchinni (light green skin) rather than the european zuchinni(dark green skin). I personally like the light green one it has a better flavour.
