Watching from Portland UK. Made this for tea. Good size for two, bit small for the three who ate it. I added garlic, used tomatoes instead of mushrooms (waiting for a shop delivery) with chili flakes, and cheddar rather than processed cheese slices. Very tasty. I was worried that the cabbage wouldn’t cook the time given, but it was fine.
