There are different types of executive MBA programs - full-time (on campus), online and hybrid (online classes and you need the campus at regular intervals). Most people continue their jobs along with higher education - it totally depends on how you will be able to manage your time

FRM is meant for either starting career in these companies or progressing career where you already have experience. Do not expect FRM for complete career change, for that, you will have to go for MBA program instead.
