ROAD TRIP TO QUEZON PROVINCE! We compared the Ranger Raptor and the F-150!

Here is our first road trip with the Ranger Raptor! We travelled 214 kilometers, to go visit Smokehaus ni Mang Kulas, an authentic Texas BBQ inspired restaurant in Quezon province. We passed by this beautiful placed called Hacienda Escudero, experienced some paranormal activity in the haunted roads of Bitukang Manok, watched the sunset at Atimonan Port, and had a comfortable stay in Hotel Rosita. The Ranger Raptor got us through the whole trip in comfort and confidence, but how did it stack up against a full-fledged truck like the F-150? Sit back, relax, and enjoy the vlog!

Took delivery of code orange raptor last week (definitely influenced by your 1st review) and had been on the experimental first 150km over the past days. Agree, less tiring to ride, even my passenger wasn't complaining for the 1st time ever despite the spirited driving through the mountains. You have to eke out the power by downshifting, otherwise I'm pleasantly surprised with the 2L biturbo and 4A handling. That's coming from someone who's been in a smaller AWD car with 300hp. Also same, di siya matipid sa fuel 😅

@@petergaw naka sport mode all the way to get the responsiveness (standard mode can get sleepy on low revs). With a lead foot lang talaga din siguro 😅. 6.6kmpL hahaha

Ranger Raptor doesn't look like mid-size next to F150 Platinum, but when the interior is shown, parang bedroom ang Ranger compared to the living room ng F150 :) Subbed for more Raptor road trips and Father/Son bonding

Hinde ko alam kung bakit sobrang gandang ganda ko sa mga FORD..even though na isang driver lang ako at wala akong sasakyan na "ford" pero ung sa boss ko na ford explorer grabe sarap idrive at kumportable at hightech dahil nung ppunta ko queson my sinusundan ako sa highway na motor na biglang lumiko sa kanan sabay fullstop ung ford at nag warning dahil ndetek nya agad ung suddenly movement nung nsa harapan ko

I did a drive to snow last weekend, did over 1200 km. Fully loaded with my wife, 2kids and my mother. 2 kids and mother sat at the back with no problem, they were comfortable the whole trip. The only thing that got hurt was my pocket. Long range tank 140L only got me one way 😅 The lowest I could get was 13.9/100klm V6 petrol

ranger raptor owners who also have other cars to drive will definitely appreciate more the fox suspension. Yung mga steel plate na iwas na iwas dati parang normal road na lang ang feels haha.little to no "tagtag" and bump. yung parang you're always excited pa na may kaunting imperfection sa road haha

you mentioned the raptor is underpowered, in practice have you tried running it in sport mode sir? does it feel underpowered still as per your standard.

Sport mode only makes the throttle more sensitive. It doesnt add power to the car. Its not underpowered, but I wouldnt call it powerful either
