Oh how I love frog legs! Sadly there are none to be found in markets around here. Unless I hunt them myself, and that is unlikely to happen, I'm without frog legs. I remember that my Dad, so many years ago, would go frog hunting with his friends. I confess, I don't know what that involved. But we would enjoy those wonderful treats with great pleasure. I'm pretty sure he didn't cook them in any elaborate way. Probably lightly floured then fried in butter. It was a long time ago. I've since had frog legs every once in a while in resturants. I sure wish I could recreate your dish Pepe. My wife and I would love it! Many thanks for sharing this great recipe!

I don't know where you live... but here in Utah I find them at any of 3 Chinese markets in the area... you would be surprised at how many exotic items I find there...

Do you know how they are prepared?

Bonjour. "Sorry I don't speack English but... Thank You my God"...

Hello. You didn't season them with salt and pepper?

I didn't add salt and pepper until the end... i'm glad you noticed... I must have salted in the beginning but not on the video... sorry... thanks for your comment...
