Thanks for supporting Louisiana farmers! 🫡 Never had frozen alligator meat, but if you ever get it fresh: cube it up, toss it with some blackened seasoning, and throw them on the grill. The local grocery store had fried frog legs on the hot plate bar Ash Wednesday. Im surprised you had to look around so hard to find either of those. I know Alabama has gators and frogs just like south Louisiana does. 😂

Frog legs were my dad's FAVORITE thing to eat and we caught a bunch on those W TX stock ponds/puddles with a spotlight and gig Dad cleaned 'em momma cooked 'em She would put a dish rag over the bowl so they didn't jump out into the floor Had fried gator nuggies 1 time-pretty good!
