Fun fact: there is a toad breed called "the wolverine frog"... which when threatened by a bigger predator will BREAK THERE OWN BONES AND SHOVE THEM THROUGH THERE OWN SKIN TO ATTACK. Most frogs who have a slimey/gel substance to them can almost freeze themselves solid for hibernation, and come out alive.

I don't know if someone already answered this in the comments, but for the "what is the difference between a frog and a toad" its actually a really fun question, basically its some a square is a rectangle but not all rectangles are squares kind of thing, all toads are frogs but not all frogs are toads, the main difference is that toads generally will have thicker bumpier skin, giving that generic toad look, in essence most of the time you can tell a frog vs. a toad based purely on vibes and the appearance of their skin.
