just a random thought; maybe in order to minimize the possibility of burnout in 2024 adopt a bi weekly upload sched, i.e 2 videos one week and 3 the next, or 1 video one week and two the next. you could even only do this for the beginning half of a month only and then do full upload sched the later half of the month. this way during the weeks in which ur only uploading 1 (or 2) video(s) you can get backlog content for the upcoming week and not have to worry about playing OW clashing with your editing/production time. also might minimize the frequency of a 12 hour run with no content throughout the year. idk. i know you didnt ask but you mentioning wanting to not get burnt out before youve fully committed to the new sched made me think of it. anyways happy NY!!!
