To be fair they did have it in storage for 3 decades untouched in sure u can do the same go buy something now like the turtles they released this year in the vintage packaging (which cost me $220 bucks last week cuz they dropped the villains finally had the of 4 since like Jan but got me bebop,rockstesdy,shredder,foot soldier ,leather head and krang I wanna display them somehow with each of my original ones next to them ...

This one especially got me right in the childhoods 😂 I’m from Scotland and owned most of these as a kid in the early 90’s. Breaks my heart to see how much they’re worth now but I wouldn’t have traded the fun I had playing with them for anything. Great find brother!

It got me too. I was 10 or 11 when the show came out and I was all about TMNT and the toys. The turtlecom was always a favorite and the van. I still have lots of mine but they look like garbage next to this find lol

Very good point on the storage fees…however, there was more than just a TMNT collection in the unit. Also, we don’t know if other things had been stored and removed in the unit over the decades. Lots of factors to consider.

Insane haul. Those boxes are gorgeous. I remember in the 90's picking up pretty much any Pokemon stuff I saw on clearance. Stuff keeps resurfacing in my basement. I also remember how hard it was back in the day to find Pokemon, Turtles, and Transformers shirts in adult sizes, and trust me, I always looked for them. Thanks for sharing your haul with us.

People tend to confuse "collector" and "investor" when it comes to this stuff. The way I see it, a collector keeps the stuff for life, an investor keeps following prices with the intent to sell for profit at some point. Anyway, cool stuff, some of the very first action figures I had.
