I'm not impressed. $90 a month cash flow is not enough for $300k investment. The builder is offering incentives because they are having trouble moving the houses.

Thank you for your feedback. While $90/month in cash flow might seem low, it’s part of a broader investment strategy considering property appreciation and tax benefits. Additionally, the builder incentives helped reduce initial costs, making it a strategic choice for us. Real estate investing involves various factors beyond immediate cash flow, and each investor’s goals and circumstances are different. As mentioned in the interview, an investor friend of Coach Carson noted that 80% of their gains often come from property appreciation. At the end of the day being patient and waiting to build equity can yield much higher gains in investing than cash flow. To each their own.
