Good interview. All the best guys. I worked in Nestle for 21 years in India and abroad, very diversified exposure in finance like sales, factory, business and audit covering 8 locations. You get to learn a lot. Thanks to Nestle. Home market can manage returning of expats career better, leave them grow and make it more meaningful. More international exposure can be given in finance for deserving candidates.
