I love PZ , it’s had it real tough last 20 odd years , shops open then close few months later , I would say with the correct guidance it would or should be the center for tourism and shopping ……..long live PZ ❤️

Ok, I don’t get what’s the conclusion? That there are less independent shops and cafes and more banks, supermarkets and bookmakers? How do you want to solve it? Forbid landlords to rent it to these companies?
