I love when you say "your struggle is such a blessing because you know where you came up from." (I don't think that's a direct quote but it was the gist.) That is so true. It gives us perspective on how strong we are. It could be a small battle, it can be a huge battle, it can just be severing yourself from your life for a few years to get through trauma You have to live life to know life. I am so proud of him and so proud of you. I love his love of God too. God is a very accepting and loving God and takes us for what we are.
