I took that ride in 1997; some of the most beautiful views I've ever seen! There's a bit more to see at the top iirc; I think you may have left too quickly.

Also, no need to worry about the weight limit; that 250 is 250 KILOGRAMS. That's 550 POUNDS. I reckon you're safe.
