From Ao Nang to Koh Lanta: The Ultimate Island Hopping Guide

Today we leave the amazing Ao Nang in Krabi Thailand and head to Koh Lanta.
We booked a van and took off from our hotel at the BlueSotel SMART Krabi Ao Nang Beach. It's an easy trip from Ao Nang over to Koh Lanta with some beautiful scenery along the way.
We caught the Ferry across from Krabi to Koh Lanta Noi the smaller of the 2 islands and then drive over the Siri Lanta Bridge to Koh Lanta Yai and then made our way to the Long Beach Chalet to check into the resort.
We booked the beach front chalet which we were very happy with and would book again. It has the best ocean view with amazing sunsets, perfect white sandy beach and crystal clear water.
We had a relaxed evening enjoying the beautiful Long Beach in Koh Lanta, we enjoyed dinner and a fire show and a few cocktails before turning in for the night.

Hello. Good to hear from you. Krabi is a wonderful area. And we loved staying there. If I had 5 days we would be staying in Ao Nang it’s such a fun town. Day two we’d recommend heading out to the Emerald pool and then to the hot springs. That’s a day I wouldn’t want to miss. The four island tour is definitely a great day. One of the mistakes we made was not spending enough time in Railay. I would suggest a full day there a couple of days down time and you’re five days is up. Hope you have an amazing trip.
