He is literally full of shit. - he does not do 2222 push ups in 75 min - he doesn`t eat 10 000 cal a day - he doesn`t sleep 2 hours a day - he doesn`t do the regiments that he advocates - he isn`t natural as he claims Let me put this into perspectives for people who don`t train - he`d have to eat as much as 4 normal men or 2 elite bodybuilders per day COMBINED - he`d have to have the same hormone levels at 50 as 2 men in their 20s COMBINED - his push up game would have to be close to that of the Guinness world record holder (2222/75 min vs ~2700/60 min) - his exercise routine would would literally injure you if you`re a natural with no returns - 2 hours of sleep per day?????...............enough said Also the guy was literally a cook in the army and acts like he is special forces. He just fools people like yourself who probably don`t care much about working out and young kids who have unrealistic and unachievable standards. You can literally be some Nazi genetically gifted uber mensch and not be able to reach his physique. It`s also extremely unhealthy and would make your gut, heart, lungs extremely sick to the point of failure. He needs to apologize for being a LIAR!!!!!
