Bro has nearly almost the same back story as me. I got freaking false p-banned, and hardware+ip. But thankfully they lifted the hardware and ip ban so now I can play. Fucking contacted epic support to tell them the hacker on my account wasnt me, and that it wasnt me hacking. Customer support asks for evidence, receipt, card, etc. I provide it and they say "Not enough evidence." Provided my email and all that. Wtf do they want from me. My social security? I lost that acc after dumping hundreds of dollars. Still have no idea how I got hacked with 2fa on.
