This just shows how important it is to learn chords (intervals, structure, substitutions, etc.) and triads and voicings up and down the neck.

It’s been about 6-7 years since I played guitar regularly (self-taught, so very little music theory knowledge) and I’ve just gotten back into it. Told myself I’d do things “properly” this time and learn theory instead of just chord print outs. Finding your videos and Online resources has been my best step forward! I’m happily addicted to this channel !

Hi Darrell, always love your videos. Would really help if the camera angle was showing the front of your hand as opposed to the rear. It's much easier to see the fingering and chords from the forward view. Keep up the great vids.

What color is that guitar? It’s pretty amazing. That’s one of those colors that changes colors when you look at it from different directions. I can see a great purple and a sweet royal blue, Anyone know the name of the actual color? Or is Chameleon the actual name?
