"Take time to reflect" this is a very key take home point for me here. After the 3 days fast, then I chose Wednesday as the one day in the week to continue the fast. This morning the Holy Spirit led me into a time of reflection and that was when I realised God had answered my prayer request of healing and delivering my husband, all glory to God.
