Wow!...Wow!...Wow!.... I just "discovered" you this week and I have spent a great deal of time viewing your tutorials. I love your work!...But even more, I love how you explain the steps. I have seen several other 'explanations ' of the hidden hinge system and I have struggled to make it...no success. Now after watching this video, I did it!!!.. Cannot thank you enough for this and for all the beautiful things you have posted (at least those I have seen...will give it more time). Oh, my goodness! I made one this morning...different size so it took me a bit longer and I used white cardstock for the pages. It turned out pretty good for my first one. Taking a break and the. Decorating the front cover! GREAT TUTORIAL! TFS!

How did the hidden, hidden hinge binding hold up? I may want to try it. I've not always had good luck attaching the hidden hinge to the cover.

works great! You just have to remember to put all of it down with scor tape. Or a really strong adhesive. I have never had an issue with them.

The pocket is 8 1/2x3 and the flap is 7 1/2x 7 1/2 it is from 23 to 26 minutes in the video

Ok,E, I do have one question. If you want your gusset to be 1/2 inch instead of the 1/4 in will you do the same? Brain fart here as they call it, I just can't think. Do the same with the exception of the 1/4". If you want them to be 1/2" then you just score at 1/2" all the way and use two skip one use two 1/2" and skip one 1/2". Hope this helped.
