Yiannimize operates in a field (car wrapping) where his profit margin is high in both a percentage term and probably figures terms. Yes i'd imagine all his staff are on above industry average for all their roles but you have to understand Yianni's customers are wealthy (the majority) so £5k and above on their car is not life changing money.

Nevertheless, the lesson to take from this is that, once you master a skill and strive to become the best you will be in high demand and have leverage over all employers in the same industry.
