Hope you feel better soon! My husband recently got covid and kindly shared it with me. We felt bad for a few days but I would say after 3 days of really bad cold symptoms we started to feel better. I didn't test negative until day 9 from the start of my symptoms but I know people who have tested negative on days 5 and 6.

So sorry you had Covid but I'm glad you're feeling better now! 💙 I'm glad the skiing trip turned out good & congrats to your friend on her new babies! That's so sweet of you to put a gift together of things for her to do some self care & mom time. Moms tend to get looked over & if they're not feeling their best then they can't give the babies the best. So that was really awesome of you. 💙💙

really hope you feel better soon. i was in bed for 5 days straight with covid over christmas. i got it after my daughter was clear of covid. i know exactly what you mean by the feeling of panic. it mainly affected me after 3 weeks of me having covid. i drank lots of smoothie type drinks and could only eat beans on toast because my taste buds and smell went. i also suffered with bad headaches and dizzyness where i would be constant in and out of sleep. i ended up watching the full series of the witcher which helped me get through covid. just take it day by day. anything with vitamins in helps and baths to ease your muscles. one day you may feel good and the next the complete opposite. maybe you could try some mediations to help relax you to sleep. lots of love and healing.

Oh no!!! I hope you get better soon and aren’t feeling too bad now… I have had COVID recently and I wasn’t too ill with it. The best advice I can give you is to have a window open and have some fresh air as much as possible (I did 30 minutes or more) and drink lots of water like you were already doing, honestly it helps so much!!!
@bbgun20102 жыл бұрын
Baths are actually really good after giving birth. Put Epsom salts in the water and soak for a bit. Helps with healing :). 3 babies and honestly the baths were a life saver with recovery. I think the only thing some mamas worry about is the bleeding that can happen while in the bath but that's about it :)

Had covid in the fall/ autumn. The first few days I just felt drained, then I lost my taste and smell, then the cough started and my face really hurt and I was winded even taking a few steps. Part of what eating does to help stop coughing is the swallowing. You can try sucking on come cough drops or candy or gum & that should help with the coughing too. Hope you feel better asap!!! Aww poor jazzy I hope you feel better soon. I had Covid twice it was back to back. The first time I had it I didn’t know but I couldn’t breathe that well and my chest hurt. Then I found out that my nephew had it then my mom got and then my sister caught it so I went to get tested and I had it. The second time around I was coughing and my chest hurt and my nose stopped up and running a lot. But I had to go to hospital because having Covid set my sickle cell anemia off and I went into a pain crisis. The doctors told me that I had Covid pneumonia but it wasn’t bad. I stayed in the hospital for 3 weeks but I’m better now. My doctors also wanted to make sure I didn’t have it again so they tested me twice for Covid last week and both test were negative. Please take all the time you need to heal and recover from Covid and I’ll be praying for you.

It won’t if you take precautions, get your shots and boosters, wear a mask, limit your time indoors with unmasked people, avoid crowds in general, wash your hands, use sanitizer. You don’t wait for the next virulent strain to hit you. If everyone has your way of thinking, it will never be over.
@traczebabe2 жыл бұрын
@@debshaw680 With all due respect, this virus has a 99.9999999% recovery rate. It only goes down to 96-98% if your elderly, or have other conditions that are already deadly. Look around you. Talk to those who had it. Write down key points. Listen to what officials say then watch what they do. Follow the money. Start with who gets paid for what. Hospitals & drs receive bonuses, who diagnose a patient with the virus. Do you believe all drs are Saints and wouldn’t take advantage of that? Follow the money trail, not what media tells you. They get paid too. It’s not okay to blast someone because they see things differently than you. Many drs have debunked, all that you stated someone should do. View your reality without looking for your POV to be confirmed. And not what media or organizations tell you the reality is. Listen to those who have nothing to gain. Talk to those who had it. This is your life, be the controller of what you determine is correct. Then don’t foist it on anyone. Share your opinion, but none of us has the right to tell anyone what to think. Make sure you are not being used by anyone to get rich.

@@debshaw680 I never said I wasn’t being safe. I was one of the people who had to sheild and am considered clinically extremely vulnerable. I have elderly family in a care home and hospital. I wear a mask and sanitize every time I touch something, wear a mask whenever I’m somewhere with other people (unfortunately crowds aren’t always unavailable when you work in retail) and I have all my vaccines and boosters that a are available to me. The point I was trying to make in my original comment is that it’s inevitable that I will catch it one day. I don’t want to.. Its likely that I could be seriously ill with it. But it’s inevitable.

I got it over Christmas, both my hubby and I. I never got a bad cough, but I was incredibly tired. and I felt like my sinuses were under a pressure balloon. It took a few weeks to get my energy back, but the worst of it lasted 5 days - week. I just hated how it lingered for so long.

Hope you are feeling better already. Remember not to start exercising too early after getting your health back. Your lungs and heart are not in perfect shape after covid and too early sports can cause a sequelae like myocarditis, infection in your heart muscle. I have couple of friends who got it after covid and that is a terrible condition. I haven’t had covid yet, but it seems to be getting closer and closer.
