Make sure you stir your butter and don't let it brown for too long or it will burn. I would suggest browning it at a low heat slowly, and when you start to see the colour get darker take it off the heat. :) Glad to see you're back and smiling again. Bursitis! Its inflamed in the fluid sacs of your joints so elbows, knees etc. it does hurt it feels like a very bad bruise when stretching out elbows.
