37:55 why were the child s hips not checked? dislocated hips (a birth defect) needs to be operated on the younger the better … 1:23:00 referral to weight loss clinic or give healthier diet changes…even a list foods to avoid … & healthy food alternatives … also water increases and salt limits…

The child doesn't have dislocated hips. They'd have almost no leg movement. And with all the well child exams, it would have been picked up much sooner. It's much more likely to be a ligament issue or flat feet.

Alcohol is considered a stimulant over there I’m confused😮 and no exercising to help with sleep? Huuuhhh?
@oneseeker29 ай бұрын
Alcohol is in fact a depressant, every where.

Exercise revs up your heart rate and breathing, as well as stimulates brain function. It often takes several hours to calm down enough to sleep. Alcohol isn't considered a stimulant; however, it severely impairs the restorative sleep phase, which is why it was referred to as a stimulant. Most people understand that a stimulant keeps you awake and it's easier to remember than the explanation that it interferes with restorative sleep.

Steroid is needed NOW w/a splint! Don't wait until surgery is needed. These Drs are always WAIT, come back!

Treatment is conservative for this. If the patient hasn't tried resting it, that is the first thing to be done. Jumping into steroids isn't always the best course of treatment. And it's not a situation that requires immediate intervention, other than rest.
