Great video I was watching you during the pandemic when I found out I had thyroid cancer my life was in the tubes it took me so long to crawl out and I am finally seeing the light I took my health seriously became goal oriented and even got a huge promotion at work towards the of the end of last year. I want to do Pilates this year I’m nervous 😮 but im going to do. I want to put myself I’m uncomfortable situations sometimes and thrive I know I can do it. I hope everyone has a blessed 2025

I’m definitely gonna be opening up in my next upcoming videos about why I say that more in detail, but I basically just stopped making any progress in the last two years after I built up momentum that took me years to build that I needed to get where I was trying to go and then sabotage myself.
