Hi brother, thanks for watching my video. Yes IELTS is required for PhD 6.5 to 7 band overall academic. But some universities allow you to apply for admission without IELTS and just provide the letter that your medium of education was english. Different universities are best for different subjects. In general you can approach AUT, Auckland University, Waikato University, Otago University, Messy university, Victoria University etc
