Did you apply by yourself or via agent. If by agent then he should contact NZ immigration. Generally it should come in 8 weeks if all the documents are submitted. The reason of delay might be more visa applications or incomplete application.

Did NZ immigration give you chance to appeal or ask you to apply again. Sometime, if the documentation is not satisfactory according to the NZ immigration then they decline the visa.
