Күн бұрын

The episode is about a series of sexual assaults and a rape that occurred in Meadowvale, a suburb of Toronto, in 1998. The attacks were all committed by a young man on a bicycle, and the police are trying to catch him before he strikes again. The police have a composite sketch of the suspect, but as the investigation progresses, the list of potential suspects keeps growing, and time is running out. The community is on edge, and the teenage victims have been terrorized by the sexual predator.

"Lake Aquitaine, named after the famous Scottish lake which is said to be haunted by the Loch Ness Monster." 1) there is no Lake Aquitaine in Scotland 2) the lake famous for the Loch Ness Monster is...Loch Ness what the hell? 😂

It's surprisingly common, that need to be a hero, or just getting involved to get inside information about the investigation. There's always that creeping suspicion that the person next to you in the chain of people probing the bog actually knows exactly where the missing person is, because they're the one that put them there...

I lived in Meadowvale. It is NOT a suburb of Toronto. It is an area of Mississauga. The rapist was NEVER KNOWN as the "Loch Ness Monster". Who makes up this nonsense? Lake Aquitaine is a man-made artificial lake and its naming had NOTHING to do with Scotland. The lake is simply next to Aquitaine Avenue. It is NOT pronounced as, "Awkwahtane". It is pronounced like, "Ackwittane". This series has poor research, makes up drama for the sake of it and makes up silly stories.

Like i always say to my big sister, the best defense against much larger attacker, is to either kick him in the nuts or punch him in the throat. Even professionals won't want to get hit in those areas, because they are the most effective places which is why they are forbidden in proper fights.

@EinieN J Other than my wife no women have flashed me either ... hehehe, my wife is still smoking hot to this day so I consider myself lucky & I am flattered that she still has the desire to flash me at times :) If you want to stop a guy from flashing you do this ...... point and laugh your ass off at "it" him" or whatever they are flashing LOLOL Robin Williams made this statement during of his many stand up specials "Men can NOT take laughter at their "mighty" swords" Men who think flashing women or masturbating in front of total strangers will get them laid have watched one too many porno movies and do not reside in reality. Most porn movies are made by men for men with very little regard to what women want so these demented creeps can get a completely warped sense of reality when it comes to this issue. Men who flash or masturbate in front of women have never once gotten laid by this behavior & need serious help. Many men have fantasies of watching women masturbate and confuse this thinking women want that same exact thing which is not the case at all. If these cro-mag neanderthals actually took the time to learn what women want and actually talk to women about it rather than using porno movies or the advice of their drunk buddy who never has a girlfriend as their way of thinking they understand women they just might actually get a date so they can actually get to know other women rather than just assuming and objectifying. Every guy I have ever known who has his own messed up views on what women want are single and have been divorced multiple times. The last guy I worked with and got to know had some messed up views and he treated his wife and all his girlfriends horrible and was an as*h*le to women because he truly believes this is what women want. He WAS married to a doctor and was just a high school graduate so he already married "up" and surprise, surprise she left him for a guy who bought her flowers and treated her with respect. This was his 3rd divorce and he was in his mid 40s at the time and surprisingly he still has no clue and does not get it and probably never will. I know this is not the same as a sexual predator but it just shows how even guys who appear normal and are not perverts still have no clue about how to treat women. Not every guy obviously but more don't understand than do understand. I always cherish(ed) my female sister friends and talk with them even when I was a teenager and into my 20s, 30s, etc... as I want to understand as much as possible and found relying on my older family members or friends never worked as they have no clue themselves but love acting like they know it all, etc... I have a mom, a daughter and a wife so I do not want anyone to be a pervert around them and definitely do not want them ever being abused. My dad spent the first 9 years of my life in jail and prison and is a drunken, perverted moron still to this day so I wanted to be the exact opposite of him & still do. He is a perverted loser who is embarrassing still to this day even though he is almost 80 and still thinks women enjoy this. Sometimes having a sick role model can be a benefit because you learn what NOT to do or say. I grew up mostly in the 1970s and the disgusting habit of "mooning" was popular for a brief time and it seemed every time I was on the highway during the mid to late 1970s some jack ass was mooning people out of the passenger side of the vehicle they were riding in. I am glad that fad did not catch on LOLOL

@@juhotasken That is excellent advice. Also, tell them to hold their key in between their fingers and slam it into their eye(s) if they try to attack them. If they do not have a key they can use their thumb. Slamming a thumb into a person's eye will keep them busy long enough so they can get away. My best friend has taught self defense for almost 40 years now and that is the first thing he teaches women and men to do if approached and attacked. A knee slammed into the nuts is also a great way to free up some time to get away and scream for help. No guy enjoys getting kicked, kneed or punched in the giblets!! It is extremely painful. I have never been assaulted in that area but when I was a teenager I did manage to catch a baseball there and it was a very "brutal" experience that kept me sore for several days afterwards. I can only imagine what getting kneed, kicked or punched there feels like and never want to find out.
@juhotasken
@juhotasken Жыл бұрын
@@cygnals524 Yes, i'm all for what you just said _except_ the keys thing because it can hurt your own fist worse than the attacker in worst case scenario. I've been kicked in the nuts by a crazy ex girlfriend, who did it "for the lolz" literally and did not realize how serious it was, and it resulted me gasping air on the floor and almost crying that why did she do it. She just laughed.
