Canada has got great potential. I'll say luck and the place where you are matters a lot too. I'll tell my story, I landed in Toronto in April,age 19, no job, stress, depression, nothing to eat, eating at gurudwaras, people telling me to go to USA by donkey, high fees and low quality college. I made a decision and shifted to a small city in north-west, great public university with a very low fees, landed here on 21st of July, on job at 23rd of July. Got another job at Tim Hortons at minimum wage today! The job I took first is actually a job as a salesman. I get 25% commission of every deal I close. So I get about 300-500 a week from sales. I'm having 2 income streams right now as a student while staying under the 24 hours weekly limit. I'd say Canada is going to be good again, most of the people are either returning to their home countries, running towards America or not coming at all because of the current situation. I've high hopes from future. I've learnt French too for my PR. Let's see what happens. And yeah guys, never ever forget god, he's always with you just keep faith in urself.

You don't need to take a realtor course to become a real estate investor, as it's not a requirement for investing in real estate. However, taking a course and becoming a realtor can also be a beneficial route. Both paths have their advantages, and it really depends on your personal goals.

Are you implying that India is free of drugs, thugs, crime, and corruption? Every country in the world has both good and bad sides, so at least be logical. Besides, 'Hustle anywhere, and success will come.' It's easier said than done. Someone who is truly successful never talks down on others, and the way you speak reveals a lot about your demeanor and standards. I think you should reconsider posting about Gurbani on your channel if you're going to exhibit such double standards. I posted a bad comment not to spew animosity but sheer anger against whole system still not speaking the truth that canada is no more land of immigrants and its double standards where its just using immigrants as labourers. 8/10 immigrants end up talking about real estate and real estate only. Why? I don’t follow you on the religious comment you made, which is totally fine, that tells you are not capable of a dialogue or words. What I said is true, that in canada KZbinrs mostly immigrants just show stories for their pocket money promote, colleges working with agents show the same , all this is nothing but a false pretence. Half of my fam lives in canada, I was also working part time in real estate and learnt the tricks of the trade. Who is to be blamed for the mess that’s been made? Obviously so many KZbinrs don’t really care what the impact of showing glowy picture of this present state does back in home country. I am educated and I am curious, I think the passive nature of the economy will only produce less creatives, risk takers. This you are in real estate, living in sharing, producing all this gyan, meanwhile, highly possible that you are either promoting or renting one of your property to students and immigrants room wise, while breaking all bylaws. None of you will tell your secrets, cause obviously- content creates conversations, and conversations create clients for you all. ji, I’m true human, I can make mistakes also and I will educate when ever I want and if you want to have a 1-1 feel free to tell me, I’ll share my calendar link. Produce content which is relevant please I don’t know about you as realtor but Akshit I remember was a NOC engineer at one point in time, no wonder he is now following the good old realtors route Take care and have a good one.
