In standing its quite different the 2-1 is a good grip but there's a lot of other options to look for. Will do!

Great video, thanks for making this! If both people are standing is the grip fighting still focused on getting a 2 on 1? Also once you get to single leg x what are some good options? A video explaining a basic leglock system for people who are just starting to develop that part of their game would be helpful.

Really good video, been training around 3 months now and going to start doing more no GI starting tonight will definitely be looking at giving these a go!
