That’s soooo sweet!!!!! I have the enemy everyday trying to make me think this and think that, and because it would hurt God, I think “If I do this I’ll just kill myself, because I’m not hurting or betraying God.” So then I suddenly realize that if I did that, then that’s what the devil would want, and then realize that the thoughts aren’t true and are a lure to hurt myself. I constantly have to ask God to remind me of Him and His love. Some days it’s good and some days I feel I’m losing my mind. But I just remember that Jesus won the war already and I just have to ask God to make me stronger everyday and also ask Jesus to cleanse my heart and continue to protect it. I feel that God is also testing me and I just have to keep going. I have to, I will not hurt God. I’m so proud of you and praise the Lord for helping you. Also that part about churches growing up never teaching certain parts, I felt that. I am reading the Bible for myself and seeing so much more. And what I said at the top? Yeah this isn’t the first time the devil has tried to convince me that I want to join his side, and I just prayed last night and asked for protection and banishment of the dark thoughts, because my heart longs to serve God. So this morning my Bible, which I keep on my bed, was opened to Numbers. And I was like , okay I have work right now, but I will read it. And at work I’m amazed how my prayer was answered in that way. My friend had told me that she walked downstairs one day and her Bible was opened to a certain page, and I’m just like “Well did you read it?” And I can’t remember what it was, but she really needed to read it. She also thinks I’m in the midst of a spiritual awakening. After how many times things on KZbin are being thrown at me to watch and also not watch, and anime that I don’t want anymore, and my mind and heart being attacked and all this confusion, maybe she’s right. I’ve never heard of these before. And when God spoke to me about having a family, I knew it was Him. And at times I wonder why I don’t hear Him like that day, but at times I get random songs like “I can only imagine “ I never liked that song like I do now. That came into my head 6 weeks ago when I was still struggling and I told myself to focus on God and then I started to think about how amazing it would be to meet Jesus. And I now love this song so much. And when I’m struggling God gives me a song. Right now I’m obsessed with MercyMe. When I used to listen to Twenty One Pilots, now I’m listening to Skillet and MercyMe and really now just MercyMe. Also today at work I saw this guy wearing a tattoo of this strange tattoo that I thought was from an anime, but he told me it was the Egyptian god Anubis. I asked him if that meant something to him and he said he just liked wearing different gods, and I told him to be careful. He just gave a light laugh and walked away. Didn’t know what to do to be honest. Anyway, I’m rambling, but yeah I am so happy for you, and sorry for the many words, just sympathizing.

Me too, I believed that I was on the ‘light path’ but I found the most light through Jesus. I was so silly to not trust our lord, and wanted to use divination.. it shows my lack of trust for him back then. But honestly.. I don’t even look back. The way I see it is god created all the ‘pagan gods and goddesses. He make all the elements we love the most. He created all of our ancestors.. and all of the animals we hold so dearly. I was blown away by this. I can totally relate to Mikey's backround. I was born in 83. I was a big Marlyn Manson fan ect. Things happened to me that few people will ever experience. I always knew that God existed but later on the fear of going to hell was not enough to keep believing in him. I was baptized about 11 years ago (SDA) but has lost my connection to God again. Little light studios has managed to keep me captivated. Watching your videos is easy, even though I have become so desensitized ( as you guys would call it). I truly believe that I had to find you guys. Pray for me on my journey, that I may find my way and raise my kids to the standard that God wants me to. May we all may meet in heaven!

I was born in 78, raised as SDA and am currently going to a good SDA church again where I live. I turned away a few times in my life, got into black metal, dabbled with witchcraft, made horrible mistakes trying to find my own way. God has this funny way of bringing us back to him nomatter how many times we turn our backs. God loves us and will always get our attention to show us that he does. Never give up on God and always listen to him because he has never given up on you.

I met my childhood friend today after a long time. She's a suicidal ex-catholic atheist, lesbian/bi (not sure but she said she likes girls) and her sister, my other childhood friend is pretty much a satanist. She turns crosses in her house upside down. I can relate to the first girl I mentioned because I had some similar problems with suicidal thoughts - I was seriously concidering sh00ting myself but didn't have a gūn so instead I thought about eating a bunch of random medicine from my mother's cabinet. There's this one gap in our hearts only God can fill and I experienced it when I got saved. Catjolicism creates more atheists than believers. I used to seriously doubt God and was a psycopath on the top of everything. I enjoyed hurting others and then 'comforting' them; I abused them in ways they didn't know it was even me. People said a psycopath can't become a 'normal' human and I agree - a person can't do it on their own, only God can do that for them. I love God ao much for everything good he did in my life when I was yet a filthy degenerate indulging in sin. I'm praying for my childhood friends, this video reminded me there is still hope for them. I feel like God made a way for me to try and bring them to Christ by delaying my flight by a week (I'm on holidays now). I feel like he also did that for me to speak with my witch aunt because she is not where I am right now and if I left earlier, I wouldn't see her. With God all things are possible. Sounds like you had a lot of dark energy around you. Did you experience a lot of trauma growing up? I was beaten as a child by fundamentalist Christian parents. I hated God for a long time for letting that happen to me. It wasn't until I had cancer and was starving for days (too sick to eat). After fasting for weeks, I fell down and cried. I felt Jesus in my heart. He saved my life, and I now love God so much! I do not blame him anymore for my pain. I now know that God is not to blame for our suffering.

I never liked marylin Manson myself because how anti God he was , I just thought it was stuiped . But I actually was drawn to the goth lifestyle myself. I use to be "emo" and into gothic Japanese fashion . I think I liked the fear it put in people . It was also like armor for me , people left me alone when I looked like that . I was also a attracted to the rebellion . I greww up in a strict cult like Baptist household so I wanted to get as far away from that as I could . So the goth lifestyle was my way out . Little did I know it would open all these other doors😣😳

That is similar to how I was as a teen in the 90s. I was listening to very dark music and didn't know it was depressing me. I dressed in all black, was into Sailor Moon, looking for my individuality. It want until I was truly in Him did I find a real unique identity that He gave me and designed me for. He taught me a lot over the years. I'm so grateful. Praise God also I am 12 years set free from self harm and cutting thanks to Yeshua!

Amen!!! Beautiful testimony 💛 Mine is very similar. I wasn't really on the goth scene, in fact I had taken it one step further - death and black metal. I was a vocalist in a band, did a LOT of drugs, sexual immorality, tattoos, piercings, the whole 9 yards. Every single photo I took was me flashing the horns with my tongue stuck out. So ridiculous!! The shirts and jewelry I used to wear actually turn my stomach now 🤢 As absolutely satanic and blasphemous as could be. Like you, I was never atheist or a satanist, but I was definitely agnostic and anti-Christian. But praise God, I found the light and the truth and Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. And you better believe I'm teaching my son the truth as well. Thank you guys so much for your videos!!!! I share them constantly. Your channel is a blessing and you're definitely doing God's work. God saved me from a crippling drug addiction, abusive relationships, suicide attempts. How I came out of it alive is nothing short of a miracle. I became a mother and my daughter was a gift and she saved my life. I’m now 5 years clean, eating healthy, and closer to god now more than ever. Never thought I’d be here. And our god is who blessed me with a second chance. Even if I didn’t deserve it, I got it. And I’ll never let a day go by that I don’t thank him and take advantage of every moment, spend time with my family and the ones I love. That’s what life is about. For me anyway. :)

Wow, what a powerful testimony of God's love! Loving all the other people testifying in the comments, as well! I went through a somewhat similar journey, myself. Grew up in the SDA Church, and always loved Sabbath school and church, and listening to my grandpa's sermons. My "gateway drug," though, was Harry Potter instead of Marilyn Manson. Started reading them when I was 10 years old. Little did I realize that it would spark a fascination inside of me for the occult. As I got older, I got very interested in ghosts and paranormal activity- even knowing what the Bible says about the state of the dead, I was still just so drawn to it. As a teenager, I had instances of hearing things that weren't there, etc. I would binge watch these ghost hunting shows and wake up in the middle of the night with my heart pounding, because I thought I sensed something completely evil at the foot of my bed. Horrible stuff. Later, in my early twenties, I left christianity and started dabbling in Wicca, as well as started doing drugs like weed and even meth. Even thinking back on it, I just can't believe I had ever gotten to that point. Thank God, though, He brought me out of the confusion and insanity. I had a dream that literally changed my life overnight, and I have never been the same since. Praise God! I had completely stopped looking for Him at that point in my life, He wasn't even a thought in my mind. But He woke me up and brought me out of so much misery. What great love! Thank you again, Mikey, for sharing your story and glorifying God. The seed won't be sown in vain. ♥️

My story is similar. I was engaged and we were planning to move to new Zealand. And i always wanted to travel , Lord of the rings was my favorite movie. My ex wired for wetta and that company worked for Lord of the rings graphics . So I mean my dreams were coming true. Then one night I woke up and I knew in my heart that I couldn't go . That God had other plans . I was born again shortly after and We part ways a month or two later . Hardest time of my life . But I don't regret it . I know it would not have brought me fufillment or the peace I was looking for.

I’ve been born again as of Nov. 2018. I always believed in God and became a lukewarm Christian over time. I did shrooms, drank, but mostly smoked pot everyday. I look back and can’t believe how patient Jesus has been waiting for me (I’m 40). I have been saved by an angel or Jesus (not sure at the time) at least twice, but possibly 3 times. A voice told me to let off the gas pedal when I was going through an intersection, as soon as I did, a truck blew a stop sign that would have killed me. I also fell asleep at the wheel another time and WOKE up while driving sitting upright and very much positioned like a robot. I ended up on the other side of town somehow! Fell into a pool’s deep end as a child, somehow my mother knew to check on me and pulled me out. I had another experience where I was praying about a relative that was brutally murdered and burned alive years prior. I was HIT like a sledgehammer with unexplainable peace and joy. Instantly tears poured out of my eyes and I had the breath sucked out of me, totally winded. It was like I was experiencing the joy of heaven but my human body could not handle it! I also experienced an interaction with several demons in the basement of a psychic lady’s house who summoned them and spoke to them nightly. The fear and anger I felt as their eyes pierced my soul was like nothing of this earth......,over and over and over Jesus was calling me!!! I was too much of a fool to notice, even though I believed in Him! In November of 2018, after a minor argument with my fiancée, I heard a demon’s voice talk to me telepathically in my mind- “I hate you, I’ll kill you and tear your family apart.” With the most conviction in my soul I commanded that thing to leave my house in the name of Jesus Christ. Every room in the house I yelled at it. I felt our Lord blast through my house and beat those things down! Whoosh gone! I prayed and thanked him and repented for allowing them to get close to me. He talked to me telepathically asking me questions and made me feel the guilt of my sins. Lots of information as a sort of psychic download into my heart and mind simultaneously. Question 1: “After all I’ve done for you, what have you done for Me, and others?” Question 2: “Am I NOT enough for you?” Then, the weight of my sins lifted, it was incredible. Since that moment, I’ve had no desire to drink, smoke, blaspheme, masterbate, be angry, stressed out or sin at all. Wanting to share love with no other possible explanation. I notice the tiniest signs he puts in my path....I see them right away and chuckle, seeing He really does work in mysterious ways. I fully understand how to have a relationship with him and not need to physically see or hear our relationship. He is incredible people! Let him into your heart! I had felt in my soul the the extremes of joy and sorrow through just some of my life experiences..... Feeling the presence of God and Satan deep inside through strange encounters. For that, I am blessed to KNOW Christianity is the truth, yet I STILL tried to not fully commit. He wants us all to repent and accept Him. He actually told me this! Don’t think you can sin all your life and God will be OK with it. He really will reward you if you follow with all your heart!! Thank you Mikey Jenny for your powerful testimony. It needed to be told. God gave you that incredible testimony to share with and for, those who seemed hopeless. I have always wondered what your story was and have waited, hoping you would share it one day. My son left the church a few years ago and has become an atheist but I know God will never turn away from him. I know he's working on his heart tirelessly. When my son was a little boy I used to sing him a lullaby taken from Psalm 21, "He never sleeps, nor does He slumber". I pray for him many times every day. Your testimony was a shot of courage, a reminder that sometimes God takes what seems to us to be unexpected detours for our (or our loved one's) conversion. Your testimony helped to remind me that God may very well need to take an "unexpected detour" on the path to my son's conversion. I was molested at the age of 7, I never processed it as a teenager, or even as a young man. My walk with the Lord revealed to me that the moment I chose to never speak of, could very well be responsible for the mentality I developed towards sex, women, perversion, and sexual immoral endeavors, like Pornography. I was always worried what it could mean to my family..he was my Grandmother’s husband, my uncles father, and my mom loved him so much, unconditional love, always so grateful when he offered to help us in any way. I was afraid of speaking the truth, but no more. I told my family of this atrocity that had fallen upon me at such a young age. Although it only happened ONCE, the image remained. But there is no pity necessary here today, yesterday, or tomorrow, for I stand here today Redeemed in Christ Jesus, I stand firm in his Glory, I stand tall in the redemption of my past transgressions. The Lord pulled me away from the worst things about myself, and the more I dove into Christ, the more those things began to fall away, by the sanctity of my Salvation. I’m not perfect, but I’m here to speak over any man woman or child today that stood face to face with that DEMON OF PERVERSION, and you walked out of that room, you walked from his or her grasp, you went on to live in confusion, and doubt. For those of us who were too fearful to trust again, too afraid of being taken advantage of, hiding this moment of your foundation of youth, the youth that was intended to learn the ways of the world to carry it into the prime of your life as an adult. I was very hateful and gothic. I listened to Satanic music and Manson. That stuff really does bring demonic energy/lower vibrations. It can cause the listener to be deeply depressed. Once someone stops listening to this type of stuff, and they let Christ into their hearts, they will be filled with peace and contentment.

At the flood when executing judgment He did not “murder” the people. All of the people had a chance to accept free mercy and did not take it. Your testimony is very touching. I wish sometimes that I could go back and undo my transgressions but all I can do is learn from my mistakes. I was saved two years ago, and still made very bad decisions. I was on two Jenny Jones eps for my makeover from goth to normal. I thought Marilyn Manson was it. He had it all figured out. I have now been saved for the better part of ten years. I can now see that all of his treasures are here on earth. He's now only a sneeze away from being in Harvey Weinstein's shoes. I will NEVER let music have that kind of hold on me again. Now it is 80s at home, 50s in the car, and a S load of podcast.

Great testimony!!! I’m a Christian, I love Jesus and I am part of the Christian Goth/metal community. We focus on the gospel, and reaching people who are goth who regular Christians would reject. Yes you can be goth and Christian, of course we don’t Wear pentagrams, upside down crosses, and dabble in witchcraft. Goth is not a religion, is a music based subculture. There Christian goth music too.

Thank you for your comment. I'd have to say that the majority of "goth" that I've seen and been a part of was embracing darkness and death. Black always has been my favorite color and I am literally wearing a black t-shirt and black jeans and black shoes as I type this message. I don't consider that "goth". I'm just wearing black. When I was in the gothic scene I was glamorizing death such as black nails and lips and eye shadow making yourself look like a corpse. Lots of skeletons and skulls which represents death considering that's the only time you see skeletons in nature is from something dead. The Bible says that light and dark cannot mix. I didn't have to force myself to stop being "goth"... God literally transformed me and made me a new creature in Christ. I feel like I can connect with and reach gothic people now just as I am.
